Return Policy for Herbal Hanger

At Herbal Hanger, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a free return and replacement/refund.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, you may return it for a replacement or refund.
  3. Unopened and Unused Products: If the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, you may return it.

Conditions for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for general returns and 10 days in case of defective/damaged products.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging with labels and all accompanying documents (if applicable).
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used products (except defective items).
    • Products without original packaging or labels.
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items bought under special clearance or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
    • Health, hygiene, or consumable products (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at info.herbalhanger@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
  2. Approval and Instructions: Upon approval, we will share the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • For other eligible returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  4. Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product is shipped, whichever comes first.
  • If an order is canceled after shipping, return shipping charges may apply.
