Return and Refund Policy

At HerbalHanger, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • A return request can be accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The customer must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and package.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or any suitable payment method after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Requests made after the specified return period.
