At HerbalHanger, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  • Requests raised after the specified return period.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we may offer a replacement after verification.
  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
